The caption generator on this site runs entirely in your browser. The transcript you paste and the subtitle files it produces stay on your device and are never sent to or stored by us. We collect privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics (page views, country, device type) with no cookies and no cross-site tracking.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data, build advertising profiles, or read your transcripts. No account is required to use the free caption generator, and nothing you type is uploaded.

Third parties

This site is served via a content delivery network and uses a cookieless analytics provider. Fonts load from a public font service. These providers process standard request metadata (such as IP address) to deliver the site.

Your choices

Because this site stores no personal account data, there is nothing to export or delete on our side. For any privacy question, email privacy@subsvideo.com.
